Lamborghini unveils the most powerful convertible in its history
Do you remember the Lamborghini Fenomeno unveiled in 2025 during Monterey Car Week in California? This more radical version of the formidable Revuelto will be limited to just 29 units worldwide. Well, here it is in a convertible version, even more exclusive with only 15 units planned.
The Fenomeno Roadster retains all the flamboyant styling of the coupe, taking Lamborghini’s key design cues to the extreme. This includes the front end, which features two large air intakes inspired by Lamborghini’s race cars, such as the Huracán GT3. The distinctive lighting signature of the daytime running lights pays homage to the horns of the bull in the Lamborghini logo.
At the rear of the car, race-derived carbon-fiber spoilers provide aerodynamic performance tailored to this retractable-roof model, while at the front, a new spoiler on the windshield directs air over the cabin and into the redesigned vents on the engine cover.
The powertrain is housed in the monocoque, Lamborghini’s innovative aerospace-inspired chassis. In addition to a full carbon-fiber monocoque, it features a front structure made of “Forged Composite,” a special material composed of short carbon fibers impregnated with resin.
The mid-mounted 6.5-liter naturally aspirated V12 is paired with three electric motors, one of which is integrated into the new eight-speed dual-clutch transmission. Total output is 1,065 horsepower, 64 more than the Revuelto… and one more than the Chevrolet Corvette ZR1. The 2.4-second 0-100 km/h sprint time is faster than any other Lamborghini in history. Phenomenal!
Other highlights include the CCM-R Plus braking system with carbon-ceramic discs, single-nut forged wheels (21-inch front, 22-inch rear), Bridgestone Potenza Sport tires specifically designed for the track, and a sport suspension with manually adjustable racing shocks.
The price? It remains unknown for now. Keep in mind that the Revuelto starts at $699,394 in Canada, and the fully loaded test model we drove last fall came in at $870,794. We imagine that the Fenomeno Roadster, if one of its 15 units were to make its way to Canada, would exceed a million dollars.
