The Q3's now-defunct cousin is a wagon that can compete with many crossovers thanks to its large, practical trunk. In turn, it features a good-sized hatch to accommodate the ski equipment of four people in the middle of the rear seats.
Hyundai Santa Fe Sport
Another advantageous solution for a ski-loving family of four is a vehicle with a 40/20/40 folding rear seatback. In this way, the middle section can be folded down between the two rear occupants and the equipment easily accommodated. This is exactly what was offered by the Santa Fe Sport, which disappeared at the end of 2018. Too bad Hyundai reverted to a 60/40 bench seat with the next generation...

Would you like a more recent model in the same genre? Try the CX-5, whose current generation dates from 2017.
