Offering no fewer than 18 models (including the new-for-2026, retro-inspired FX Edition), two body styles (sedan or hatchback), affordable prices and a solid reputation for reliability, the Corolla is nipping at the heels of the Honda Civic in sales. Gasoline models use a 2.0-litre four-cylinder engine producing 169 horsepower, while hybrids achieve between 4.7-5.3 L/100 km. The high-performance GR Corolla is still there, too. A new generation is expected for 2027.
